Dhruv Dev Export is run out of Paschimpuri in New Delhi, specifically from the L.I.G. Flats located in Pocket 3. Our particular unit is number 174. It is a modest, humble space, but it works for the export stuff we do. Most of our days are spent coordinating various shipments and talking to suppliers across the country. This isn't the kind of office where you will find a big reception desk or expensive furniture. Instead, it is usually filled with shipping boxes, rolls of packing tape, and a couple of computers that have definitely seen better days. Because we deal with exports, we are often on the phone at strange hours of the night to talk to people in different time zones. It can get a little bit hectic, especially when a container is delayed at the port or when the customs paperwork gets complicated for 110063. We just try to take things one step at a time and stay patient. The neighborhood here is very lively, and we actually prefer being tucked away in the residential flats rather than sitting in a cold industrial park. It keeps our costs down and lets us focus on the actual work. We have been doing this for many years now, and we have learned that being straightforward with our partners is the best way to keep things moving. We do not make promises we cannot keep. It is a small operation, but we handle every single detail ourselves from this room in Delhi.
