We've been here in Tilak Nagar for a while now. Most people know the spot at 24/13A. It's busy around here, New Delhi always is. We mostly handle packages and paperwork that need to get somewhere else fast. It’s not a fancy setup, just a desk and some scanners and a lot of boxes moving in and out every day. Sometimes the traffic outside makes things a bit slow, but we try to keep the line moving. People come in with things for their family abroad or business stuff. We just take the parcel, weigh it, and get it on the truck. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting and taping up boxes that aren't closed right. Some days are quieter than others. We don't really do much talking, just sorting through the piles of cardboard. The office is tucked away, so you have to look for the sign. We’ve seen all sorts of items come through these doors. It’s just what we do here in this part of Delhi. Nothing too complicated about it. We open up in the morning, drink some tea, and start scanning. By the evening, the place is usually empty until the next batch arrives. It’s a regular routine for the staff here at Dhl Express India Pvt. Ltd.
