Our office is on the second floor at 24/12A in Moti Nagar, New Delhi. It’s a typical Delhi setup—busy, crowded, and always something happening. Being on the second floor means we’re constantly carrying things up and down the stairs, which keeps us in shape I suppose. Moti Nagar is a very active commercial area, so there’s a lot of noise from the street that filters up to us. We handle a lot of express shipping, so everything feels like it’s in a hurry. The office is basically just a staging ground for packages. We have scales, printers, and a lot of shelving. It’s not the kind of place where you’d want to host a fancy dinner. It’s built for work. We start early in the morning before the traffic gets too bad and usually stay until the last pickup is sorted. The air conditioning struggles a bit in the peak of summer, but we’re used to the heat. We don't have a lot of corporate rules about how we talk or dress; we just want to make sure the labels are clear and the boxes are taped up tight. It’s a local operation with people who live in the surrounding neighborhoods. We know which roads to avoid during rush hour and which tea shop has the best biscuits. It’s just a regular office doing regular shipping work every single day without making it more complicated than it needs to be.
