Design Gurukul Building Doctors

We are located in Kirti Nagar at N 104, 2 B. You have to come up to the second floor to find us. Kirti Nagar is famous for furniture, but we do something a bit different. We call ourselves building doctors because we look at what’s wrong with houses and offices. Sometimes it’s about the structure, and other times it’s about the energy or the layout. We’ve been in this spot for several years now. The office is full of drawings, plans, and books. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is. The address is 110015. We spend a lot of time visiting sites, but this is where the main planning happens. We aren't big-time corporate architects; we’re more like consultants who help people fix their living spaces. It’s practical work. We listen to what the owners are worried about and then we try to find a solution that fits the budget. Sometimes the problems are simple, and sometimes they take weeks to figure out. It’s just us and a few desks and a lot of coffee. We don’t have a big sales pitch. People usually find us because they have a specific problem with their building that they can’t solve on their own. We just take it one project at a time and try to be honest about what can be done.
