Design Excel Urban Design

You can find Design Excel Urban Design over in Dwarka Sector 4. We’ve got a space at Manish Avinav Plaza, specifically S1 and S2 on Plot No 11. It’s right near Ashirwad Chowk, which is a busy spot. We focus on urban design projects. This means we think about how buildings and spaces fit together in a city. It’s a lot of planning and looking at maps. Our office isn't anything too fancy, just a place where we can sit and work on our computers. We’ve been in Dwarka for a while. We like the area because it’s well-planned itself. Most days involve a lot of meetings and looking at sketches. Sometimes we disagree on where a park should go or how a street should look. That’s just part of the job. We aren't trying to sell anyone a dream. We just look at the practical side of how cities grow. It takes a lot of time to get things right. We have stacks of blueprints everywhere. The plaza gets busy in the evenings, but we’re usually tucked away working. We don't have a big marketing team. It’s just us doing the design work we know how to do. It’s steady work and it keeps us occupied throughout the whole year.
