We run our dental clinic at Z-7 in Block Z of Rajouri Garden. It’s right across the road from Kukreja Hospital, which is a big landmark that everyone knows. We’ve been in this spot for a good while now. The clinic isn't huge, but it gets the job done. We have a couple of dental chairs and the usual tools you’d expect. It’s a very local business. Most of our patients are people who live in the blocks nearby or work in the Rajouri market. We don't have a fancy website or a person managing our brand. It’s just us answering the phone and fixing people's teeth. The waiting area is small, and sometimes people have to wait a bit longer if a procedure takes more time than we thought. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, it can get a little hectic. The smell of the clinic is something you get used to—that sharp, clean scent. We don't use any corporate talk or try to sound like a big chain. We are just a neighborhood dentist office. Rajouri Garden is always moving, but inside the clinic, we try to keep things calm so people don't feel nervous. We just do the work, chat with the regulars, and keep the place running day after day. It is a simple life and we like the people we meet.
