DelhiGlobal Steel is based in Uttam Nagar, specifically at A-22 on the ground floor in Om Vihar Phase-5. We chose the ground floor because it makes things a lot easier when people are dropping off documents or coming by for a quick chat. We handle various steel supplies for projects around the city. The office is pretty basic, just some desks and chairs and a whole lot of files stacked in the corners. We aren't big on decorations or anything like that. We spend most of our time dealing with the logistics of moving steel from point A to point B. It’s a lot more complicated than it sounds. Traffic in Uttam Nagar can be a real headache, so we spend a lot of time planning routes. We aren't some big corporate entity with a board of directors. It’s just us working hard to make sure our customers get what they need. Sometimes things go wrong, a truck breaks down or a supplier is short, and we have to scramble to fix it. That's just the reality of this job. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just sell steel and try to stay organized. It’s a tough business but we’ve been at it for a while now and know the ropes well enough to keep going.
