This office for D Line India Pvt. Ltd. is over in Rajouri Garden, at 36C in the MIG Flats. It’s a bit of a different setup since it is in a residential complex, but that’s how we like it. It keeps things feeling a bit more personal. We are right here in New Delhi 110027. Most days are spent sitting around the main table talking about what needs to be shipped or ordered. It’s not a massive operation with hundreds of employees. There are just a few of us making sure everything stays on track. Rajouri Garden is a lively place, so even though we are in the flats, you can still feel the energy of the market nearby. We don't have any big corporate mission statements hanging on the walls. We just have calendars and to-do lists. The space is a bit cramped with all the samples and files we keep, but we know where everything is. It’s a very local way of doing business. We talk to our customers like they are neighbors, mainly because many of them are. Sometimes we have to move boxes around just to find a place to sit for a meeting. It’s a bit messy at times, but it is an honest day's work. We don't try to pretend to be something we aren't. We are just a small team in Rajouri Garden getting on with things, dealing with the daily grind like everyone else.
