Crossroad Logistics Ltd is situated at 150/2, Club Road, Paschim New Delhi Puri 110063 India. It’s a residential-feeling area but we’ve got our operations running right here on Club Road. The office is a bit cramped because we have so many files and records, but we make it work. Most of us have been working together for a few years now, so we know each other's habits. We handle shipping and logistics, which means a lot of coordination with different carriers. Some days are slow, while others feel like we’re running a marathon just to stay on top of the emails. We don't have a professional cleaning crew every day, so we usually tidy up our own desks. The tea lady stops by in the morning, and that’s when we catch up on the local news. Paschim Puri is a nice part of Delhi, and it’s easy to get to from the main road. We don’t have a big sign outside or anything too flashy. We just have our name on the door and a lot of work to do inside. Sometimes we have to stay late to wait for a confirmation on a delivery, but that’s just part of the deal. We try to be helpful when people call with questions, even if the answers take a bit of digging to find.
