Contours Express

Contours Express is located at J-1/164 on the first floor, right on the Main Najafgarh Road in Rajouri Garden. We’re almost directly opposite the Oriental Bank, so it’s easy to find if you’re walking through the market area. Rajouri is always crowded and noisy, but once you head up the stairs to the first floor, it gets a little bit more focused. The space isn’t huge, but we’ve tucked in everything you really need for a decent workout. We have a circuit set up that people seem to like because it’s quick. It’s the kind of place where you can pop in, do your rounds, and get back to your shopping or your job without spending three hours here. The floor is covered in those standard gym mats and the walls have some mirrors so you can check what you’re doing. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles. There aren't any fancy digital displays on every wall. It’s just a practical spot for the people living or working around Rajouri Garden. The regulars are mostly local folks who have been coming for months or years. We know the plumbing can be a bit temperamental sometimes and the AC takes a minute to kick in on hot Delhi afternoons, but it’s a comfortable enough spot. It feels like a neighborhood gym because that’s exactly what it is. No pressure, just a place to move your body and stay healthy.
