Chitra Cabinet Works

Down here at Be-149 on Street No. 5 in Hari Nagar, you’ll find Chitra Cabinet Works. It’s a modest little shop where we spend all our time working with wood and making different kinds of cabinets. You can usually smell the fresh sawdust before you even get to the door. We aren't a big factory with assembly lines or robots. It’s mostly just us using our hands and a few basic machines to put things together. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, and we like it that way. We don’t have a showroom with bright lights or a salesperson waiting at the door. Most of our work is just stacked up in the corner once it’s finished and ready to go. We’ve been in Hari Nagar for a good while, and most people around here know us by the sound of the saws running in the afternoon. It’s not a fancy business by any means. We just try to make things that hold up well and do what they are supposed to do for the people who buy them. Sometimes we run out of floor space when we have a lot of wood delivered, but we always manage to make it work. We don’t really do any advertising or marketing. People just find us on Street No. 5 by word of mouth. It’s a simple life, making cabinets and dealing with the day-to-day chores of running a small woodshop. We just enjoy the work we do here.
