Bunela Trade Impex Private Limited is right on the ground floor at RZ-18-19 in Uttam Nagar. We are part of the South Extn. Part-1 area there, located in what we call One Shop. Being on the ground floor means we see everything that happens on the street. It’s a very busy part of Uttam Nagar with people constantly walking by and rickshaws honking. Our shop is where we handle all our trading and import-export work. We don't have a separate warehouse, so things can get a bit tight when a new shipment arrives. We just stack the boxes where they fit and work around them. It is a very practical, no-nonsense environment. We spend our time talking to customers who drop in and managing the logistics for our bigger trades. The office doesn't have any decorations; it's just a working space with a few chairs and a desk where we keep the ledger. We’ve been in this spot for a while and we know most of the other shop owners nearby. If we need a hand with something, there’s always someone to ask. We don't use any fancy systems. We just write things down and make sure the numbers are right. It’s a lot of manual work and staying on top of the details. We like being right on the street level where all the action is. It keeps us busy and connected to the local market.
