Our office is right near the Raja Garden area, specifically at house number 295/296 within the E.S.I Hospital Staff Complex. It is a bit of a unique spot to have a logistics business, being so close to the hospital and the staff quarters, but it works for us. The area is always crowded with people and traffic, so there is a lot of energy around the place. We focus on express deliveries, which means things move fast and we have to be on our toes. The office itself is pretty functional. We have our desks set up to handle the intake of parcels and the sorting that has to happen before things go out. It can get a bit loud with the street noise and the constant movement of packages, but we are used to it by now. We spend our time checking tracking numbers and making sure the drivers know where they are going. It is not a glamorous job, but it is necessary. We deal with a lot of different people every day and every package has its own story. Some are urgent and others are just routine, but we treat them all with the same level of attention. Working near Raja Garden keeps us right in the heart of West Delhi, so we are never far from the action. We just show up, do the work, and try to keep things moving.
