Bhatnagar S Clinic

Our clinic is over at 2094/5a in Prem Nagar. It is a bit of a walk from the main road, but people find us well enough. We have been in this neighborhood for a good number of years. It’s a small place, nothing too grand. We handle the basic health stuff that comes up for people living around here. You get a lot of coughs and fevers when the weather turns cold, and that keeps us pretty busy. The waiting room has a few chairs and some old magazines that have seen better days. We don't really have a big staff, so things can get a little slow if a lot of people show up at once. We just ask everyone to be patient. I think people like that we don't talk down to them. We just explain what is wrong in plain English and give them what they need to feel better. There is always a bit of dust on the window sills because of the construction nearby, but we try to keep the inside tidy. It’s a practical sort of place. We open up early in the morning and stay until the work is done. Sometimes we stay late to finish up the paperwork or talk to someone who came in right at closing time. It is just part of the job. Prem Nagar is a good community, and we feel like we fit in here after all this time.
