Our clinic is right here in Nangloi. It’s a place that most people in the neighborhood know well. Nangloi is a busy area with a lot of people moving around all the time. We are tucked into a spot that isn't too hard to find if you live around here. The building we are in is just a regular structure, nothing that stands out too much from the rest of the street. Inside, the walls have a few marks here and there, and the furniture has been around for a while. We don't change things just for the sake of looking new. It’s a comfortable space where people feel like they can just walk in. There is usually a bit of a wait, so people end up talking to each other. You hear a lot of local news while sitting in our waiting area. The staff is busy with paperwork or talking to someone at the door. We don't have a big reception team or anything like that. It’s just us. The fans hum overhead, and the sounds of the Nangloi traffic filter in from the street. It’s a very grounded kind of place. We don't use any fancy language or try to sound like a big company. We are just a local clinic doing what we do every day. People come in, they get what they need, and they go about their day. It’s a simple routine that works for us.
