We’re up on the seventh floor of T.C. Jaina Tower-1 in Janakpuri. It’s room 719-B. Being in a big commercial tower like this in the District Centre means there’s always something going on. We deal with Bayramix products, which are mostly decorative coatings and things for buildings. Our office isn't very big, and it’s usually stacked with catalogs and small samples of different textures. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors or people who are renovating their houses and want something different for their walls. Janakpuri is a busy area, so getting to the office can be a bit of a trek through traffic sometimes. We aren't some giant corporation with fancy glass walls; it’s just a practical office where we handle the orders and talk to customers. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, and we have to wait, which is just part of working in a tower. We try to keep things simple and just focus on getting the right products to the sites where they’re needed. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, but we’ve been doing it for a while now. Most people come to us because they’ve seen the finish on another building and wanted to know where to get it. We just do our best to help them out and explain how the different coatings work without making it too complicated.
