Banaras Beads India Ltd

Banaras Beads India Ltd is on the second floor of the Vishwa Sadan Building. We are in Plot 9 of the District Centre in Janakpuri. It’s a large building with many other offices, so the elevators are always busy in the mornings. Our space is mostly filled with shelves that hold thousands of different beads and samples. It’s a lot to keep track of, so we spend a big chunk of the day just organizing and counting things. It can get a bit dusty with all the small parts, but we try to keep it under control. We have a few desks for the paperwork and the phones. It’s not a very big office, but we make the most of the space we have. Most of the staff have been here for years, so we all know the routine pretty well. We have our tea together in the afternoons and talk about the news or whatever else is happening in Janakpuri. It’s a steady job and we like the location because there are plenty of places nearby to grab a quick bite to eat. We don't really do any fancy marketing or have a big sales team. We just handle the orders as they come in and make sure the shipments go out on time. It’s a practical, everyday kind of business. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards know us.
