Baljeet Machine Tools

Our place is at Nw-203 right on the Vishnu Garden Main Road. It is a good spot because we are easy to see from the street, but the traffic can be a real headache in the afternoons. At Baljeet Machine Tools, we have a lot of different grinders, drills, and other power tools sitting on the shelves. The shop has a big front window, but we have so much stuff stacked against it that not much light gets through anymore. We have been here for years, and the neighborhood has changed a lot around us, but we stay the same. We have a couple of wooden chairs where people sit and talk while we look for the parts they need. The floor is stained with oil from some of the machines we’ve handled, and we stopped trying to scrub it clean a long time ago. We usually have the radio playing some old songs in the background while we work. It’s a small operation, mostly just family and a helper who has been with us since he was a kid. We don't have any big signs or bright lights. People just know where we are and come to us when they need a tool for a project. It’s a busy life, and there’s always something that needs fixing or moving around in the shop, but we like the routine of it all and being part of the community.
