Bala Pritam Homoeo Clinic is over in New Mahavir Nagar. We are at H-32 on Street No. 9. It’s a Delhi neighborhood, so you know how it is—lots of houses and narrow streets. We are pretty close to the Janak Puri East Metro Station, which is great for people who don’t want to drive in the traffic. They just take the metro and walk over. The clinic is tucked into the street, so it feels a bit more quiet than the main roads. We have been at this Delhi - 110018 address for quite a while. Inside, it’s a bit small, but we make it work. There are jars and bottles everywhere because that’s the nature of a homeo clinic. People come in with all kinds of long-term issues they want to talk about. The waiting room isn't huge, so sometimes folks have to stand or lean against the wall if it's a busy afternoon. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything. Most people find out about us from their neighbors or by seeing the sign when they walk back from the metro. It’s a very local feel. We know the shopkeepers on the corner and the families living in the nearby blocks. It’s just a regular clinic in a regular part of Delhi. We open our doors, talk to people, and try to help them out with their health using what we have available.
