Bagz International

Our workshop, Bagz International, is tucked away at L-59A on Street No. 20 in New Mahavir Nagar. It’s a busy residential area, so there are always kids playing nearby and neighbors talking across balconies. We operate out of a fairly small space, but we make it work. Every corner is filled with fabric, zippers, and foam padding. We make all kinds of bags here, from simple pouches to bigger backpacks. It’s a noisy place once the machines start running in the morning. We don't have a big sign outside or a lobby for visitors. Most people just walk straight into the work area. We are just a small group of people who enjoy sewing and putting things together. The lighting is a bit dim in the back, so we have extra lamps over the workbenches. Sometimes the thread tangles or a machine jams, and we spend an hour fixing it while grumbling. We don’t have any corporate rules about what to wear; we just come in and get to work. Most of our day is spent cutting patterns or checking the zippers. It’s simple, honest work. We like being in New Mahavir Nagar because it feels like a real community. We know the local shops and the people living on Street 20. It’s our little corner of the world, and we’re happy to keep making bags here.
