Our office is over in Tagore Garden Extension, situated on the first floor of building D-21. It’s a pretty central part of West Delhi and very easy to reach if you’re using the metro. We’ve been running Baba Basukinath Exims from this location for a while now. The stairs leading up to the first floor are a bit narrow, so we have to be careful when we’re carrying heavy files up and down. We have a couple of rooms that we’ve turned into an office space. It’s nothing too fancy, just some basic desks, a few cupboards for our records, and a small area where we keep the water dispenser. The neighborhood is a mix of houses and small businesses, so there’s always something going on outside. We get a lot of natural light through the front windows, which is nice in the winter mornings. Most of our day is spent tracking shipments and talking to vendors. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone like that; we just handle the day-to-day operations ourselves. It’s a lot of routine work, but we prefer it that way. When it rains, the street below gets a bit muddy, but that’s just standard for this part of the city. We’re just a local business trying to keep things moving smoothly for our clients without making a big fuss about it. We appreciate the honest work and the people we deal with every day.
