Ayu Realtech Private Limited

Our office is up on the sixth floor of West End Mall in Janak Puri. Office Space No-617, to be exact. It’s a bit of a trek through the mall sometimes, especially on weekends when it gets crowded with families and shoppers. Being in a mall is convenient though, because there’s always food nearby for lunch. We are Ayu Realtech Private Limited. We work on real estate and tech stuff here in this space. The view from the window isn't much, just other buildings and the busy District Centre below. We’re a private limited company, but we keep things pretty low-key. No suits or ties unless we absolutely have to for a meeting. Most of the time we’re just in jeans and shirts, typing away or talking to people on the phone. The office has that typical mall-office feel, a bit sterile but we've added some plants to make it feel better. Janak Puri is a busy part of West Delhi, and we like the vibe of this area. We’ve been here for a while and have gotten to know the security guards and the other people working on our floor. It’s a good community to be a part of. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just show up, do the work, and go home. Sometimes the lift breaks down and we have to wait, which gives us a chance to talk. It’s a regular job for regular people who want to get things done.
