At Axis Rhode Infrastructure Pvt Ltd, we work from our office at A1/251 in Janakpuri. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't have any flashy signs or anything like that. Inside, it’s mostly desks, computers, and a lot of maps. Infrastructure is one of those things that sounds big, but for us, it’s about the small details of every project. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers or trying to figure out logistics for the next job. Janakpuri is a lively area to be in, so there is always something going on outside. Sometimes the traffic makes it hard to get to site visits on time, but that’s just life in this part of town. We are a small group and everyone knows what they need to do. We don't really do the whole corporate meeting thing. Instead, we just talk across the room when something needs fixing. It’s practical and honest work. We deal with the hurdles as they come, whether it's a delay in materials or some permit taking longer than it should. The office has been the same for years, with the same stacks of folders that we really should organize better. It gets the job done for what we need. We just stay focused on the tasks at hand and try to make sure everything we build is solid. It is just us trying to make sense of the project demands every single day.
