You can find us at E-80 on the ground floor in the Om Vihar Extension area of Uttam Nagar. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to drop by without having to deal with elevators or stairs. We handle export and import tasks here at Aspino Exim. The office is pretty straightforward. We have a few desks and computers where we manage the shipping details and customs talk. Uttam Nagar is a crowded part of New Delhi, so there is always noise from the street outside, but we are used to it by now. We spend a lot of time on the computer checking where shipments are. It’s mostly just us working through the daily routine of moving goods from one country to another. Sometimes there are delays at the port or issues with the paperwork, and that keeps us busy for hours. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. It is just a work space with a few chairs and some files. We drink a lot of chai to keep going through the afternoon. Usually, the day starts early and ends whenever the work is finished. We try to keep things moving as smoothly as we can. It’s not always easy, but we manage to stay on top of the list of things to do. We are just local people trying to run a business in a busy city and making sure everything is handled properly before we lock up.
