Hari Nagar G-32, First Floor, Lane-19 is where our office is located. It’s a simple setup in a busy part of the neighborhood. We handle property stuff under the name Askmehomes Dot Com India (Opc) Private Limited. It’s mostly just one person running things here, which is what the OPC part means. The stairs to the first floor are a bit narrow, so you have to be careful when you come up. I spend a lot of my time looking at houses or filling out forms at my desk. Lane-19 gets pretty crowded with cars and scooters in the evening. It’s a lively spot to work. I don't have a big team or any fancy software to manage everything. It’s just me and a laptop mostly. People stop by to ask about rentals or if I know any good spots coming up for sale. I’ve lived in this area for a long time, so I know the streets pretty well. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some chairs and a lot of paper. Sometimes the internet acts up and I have to wait to fix the dot com side of things. It’s just a local business trying to help people find a place to stay. I try to be straightforward with everyone who walks through the door. It’s a lot of work but it keeps me busy every day. I like the independence of it even when the paperwork gets to be a bit much.
