Our office for Arsh Electronics is located over in Chanakyapuri, specifically on Shantipath. It’s a pretty quiet part of the city compared to the markets, which is nice for us. We handle a lot of different electronic components and equipment here. The space is mostly filled with boxes and technical manuals. We aren't really a retail shop where you come to browse the latest gadgets; it’s more of a place where we deal with specific orders and business clients. We've been at this address for a long time, and we've seen the neighborhood change a bit, but it’s still mostly embassies and government buildings around us. It’s a bit of a professional environment, but we keep things relaxed inside the office. There are usually three or four of us here, checking inventories or talking to suppliers on the phone. Sometimes we have to go out and meet people at their sites, so the office might be a bit empty during the day. We don't spend money on big signs or flashy advertisements. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they’ve been working with us for years. It’s a steady way to do things. We just focus on getting the right parts to the right people without making things too complicated. The walk from the main road is quite pleasant because of all the trees in Chanakyapuri.
