Our office is on the second floor of E-158 in Karampura. New Delhi is a crowded place, and this area is no different. We are right in the middle of the bustle. It is a basic office setup. We have a couple of rooms for the equipment and some desks for the paperwork. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of a view of the street, but mostly we are focused on what’s inside. Karampura has a lot of small businesses like ours. We don't have a big neon sign or a lobby with a security guard. You just walk up the stairs and we are right there. The team is small. We’ve known each other for a long time, so we don't need a lot of rules to get things done. Most of the people who come to see us are regular clients who have been using our services for years. We don't spend much time on social media or trying to look bigger than we are. Delhi 110015 is where we feel at home. It’s noisy and busy, but that’s the energy we work best in. If the power goes out, we just take a break and wait for it to come back. That is just part of living and working in this part of the city. We keep a simple schedule and just focus on the tasks we have for the day.
