Our office is located at Rz-2/142 in Veena Enclave, Ratan Park. This is in the Mundka area, which is pretty much the main hub for this kind of shipping work in West Delhi. It’s a busy place with lots of big trucks and warehouses around every corner. We deal with import and export, mostly handling the logistics side of things for different people. It's a lot of forms, phone calls, and making sure the timing is right for the trucks. We aren't a big, polished firm with a glass building. We’re in a real part of town where people actually get their hands dirty. The address can be a bit confusing for some because the streets are narrow, but once you find Ratan Park, we aren’t too hard to spot. We’ve got a small team here. We mostly just focus on the task at hand and don't worry about much else. There isn't much time for fancy speeches or meetings that go on forever. We just want to get the goods moved from point A to point B. Sometimes the roads around Nangloi get really backed up in the evening, so we have to plan our day around that mess. It's a bit of a challenge every single day. We don't claim to be the biggest or anything like that. We just do our part and try not to make mistakes. If you come by, you’ll probably find us mid-conversation with a driver.
