About Ar.Alpna Harjai & Govt Approved Valuer – Architect, Interior & Structural Design in West Delhi
I've been working out of Lal Market in Paschim Vihar for a while now. It’s a busy spot, right at A-1/20. Mostly, I handle architectural work and government valuation stuff. It’s not just about drawing lines or making things look nice, there is a lot of paperwork involved too. Dealing with official valuations means keeping things accurate and following the rules strictly. People come by the office when they need things measured or valued for legal reasons. It gets pretty hectic sometimes with all the drawings scattered around. I try to keep things organized but you know how it is in a small workspace. Delhi heat makes the office a bit warm in the afternoons, but we get the job done. I don't really have a big team, just a couple of people helping me out with the technical bits. We spend most of our time looking at site plans or filling out government forms. It's practical work. No fancy office here, just a desk, some chairs, and plenty of files stacked up. If you are near Paschim Vihar, you've probably seen the sign near the market. It’s a straightforward setup. I enjoy the technical side of the job, even if the government paperwork can be a headache sometimes. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay on top of the deadlines. That’s pretty much how we run things here in Delhi. It's a bit loud with the market noise outside, but we like it.
