Aquarius (India) International

Our spot is on the first floor at A2/262 in Janakpuri. Aquarius (India) International is basically just a group of us working out of this space. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't looking for it, but we like it here. There's a lot of stuff going on with international trade, so most of our time is spent on the computer or the phone. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow and steep. Inside, it's mostly stacks of samples and boxes waiting to be sent out. We’ve got a small kitchen area where we spend too much time talking about what to have for lunch. Janakpuri is quite lived-in, so it feels more like a community than a cold business district. Sometimes the internet acts up and we all have to take a break until it comes back online. Dealing with people in other countries means someone is usually here early or staying late because of the time difference. We don't really do the whole suit-and-tie thing unless we absolutely have to for a meeting. It's more about getting the job finished so we can go home. There are always new regulations to read or forms to fill out. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy enough. We don't have any big speeches to give about what we do. We just do it. The desks are a bit cluttered and there is always a stray stapler somewhere. We just keep moving and trying to stay on top of the pile.
