We've been over here at Janakpuri District Center for a while now. Specifically, you'll find us on the 5th floor of West End Mall in office 408. It's a busy spot but we like it. Most people coming in are looking to figure out how to get to universities in other countries. It’s not always simple with all the paperwork and the different rules every place has. We sit down with students and their parents to look at what they need. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with all the brochures and files, but that's just how it goes when you're dealing with so many different applications. Dealing with visas and college admissions takes time. We try to keep things clear so nobody gets too overwhelmed by the process. It's just a small team here. We spend a lot of our day on the phone or checking emails from schools abroad. The mall usually has some decent lunch spots nearby which is nice for a break. If you’re coming by, the elevator in West End Mall is the easiest way to get up to us on the 5th floor. We aren't doing anything fancy, just helping people get their documents in order and choosing where to go. It’s a lot of talking through options and seeing what fits. Some days are quieter than others, especially when there aren't many deadlines coming up. We're just here doing the work every day, one file at a time.
