Anand Clinic Care

Our place is out in Nangloi. It’s a busy area, and there is always something going on outside our doors. Anand Clinic Care has been a part of this community for a while now. We don't have a fancy street number that everyone uses, people just know we are in Nangloi. The building is functional. We have a few rooms and a small area where people can wait. It gets quite noisy with the local traffic and people shouting outside, but once you step inside, it calms down a little bit. We keep things very straightforward here. There are no complicated forms or long waits if we can help it. We use basic furniture that’s seen better days, but it’s sturdy enough. My own chair squeaks every time I lean back, but I’ve gotten used to it. We see a lot of families from around here. Some of the kids who used to come in with their parents are now coming in as adults. It’s interesting to see the neighborhood grow like that. We don't have a big sign with lights, just a simple one so people know where to go. The floor is tile and easy to clean, which is good because it gets a lot of foot traffic. We just show up every day, open the locks, and start seeing whoever needs help. It’s honest work, even if the environment is a bit chaotic sometimes because of the market nearby.
