If you are looking for Alex Clinic, we are on the first floor at 110, right near the PVR Cinema in Vikaspuri. It’s a good landmark because everyone knows the cinema. Being on the first floor means people have to walk up the stairs, which can be a bit of a workout for some. The clinic is a small, practical space. We don’t have much room for fancy decorations. We have some chairs for waiting and the consultation rooms. It gets quite lively when there's a popular movie playing next door because you can hear the crowds outside. We see a lot of local families from the Vikaspuri area. Most people come in for general stuff like fevers, coughs, or just feeling under the weather. We’ve been here for a while, so the walls have seen a lot. The staff is just a few of us who have been working together for a long time. We know how each other works, which makes the day go smoother. We don't try to be anything we aren't. It’s just a regular neighborhood clinic where you can get a checkup. Sometimes the wait is short, sometimes it’s long if it’s flu season. We just take it as it comes. It’s a steady kind of life, being tucked away on the first floor while the city moves around us. We try to stay organized but it gets busy sometimes.
