ADIT AN APPROACH is located at 5B in Janak Puri. It’s a small operation. We started here because the rent was fair and the location worked for everyone. There isn’t a whole lot of flair to our office. We have some desks and a couple of old chairs for when people visit. Most of the time we are focused on the task in front of us. Janak Puri is a busy place and there’s always something going on outside. We don’t have a corporate handbook or a lot of rules. We just show up and do what needs to be done for the day. Sometimes we stay late because a project is being difficult. Other days we head home early if things are quiet. It’s a flexible way to work. We don’t have a big boss telling us what to do every minute. Everyone just knows their job. We’ve had a few people join us and leave over the years, but the core stays the same. The 5B address is easy to find if you know Janak Puri well. We aren’t trying to change the world or anything. We just provide our service and try to be honest about it. If we can help, we will. If we can’t, we’ll tell you. It’s better than making stuff up just to get a contract. You just have to appreciate the quiet moments when the street outside finally calms down.
