We’re based on the top floor of building 328 in Tagore Garden Extension. Being on the top floor means we get a lot of sun, which is nice in the winter but means we really rely on the fans during the summer months. We handle export and import stuff here, so there is always a lot of back-and-forth with documents and tracking shipments. It’s a small space, but we’ve made it our own over the years. You’ll see stacks of ledgers and probably a few coffee mugs sitting around. Tagore Garden is a decent place to be, with enough shops around if we need to grab something for the office. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us making sure the goods get from one place to another without too much trouble. Sometimes the lift in the building is out of order, so we get our exercise for the day. It’s not the most glamorous job, but it’s what we know. We don't spend much time on fancy talk; we just get to work and handle the day's tasks. The neighborhood has changed a bit since we started, but our routine stays mostly the same. We keep an eye on the clocks and the shipping schedules, making sure we don't miss anything important. It's a steady life here at the top of the building, just working through the daily grind and making sure the boxes are checked.
