Absolute Fitness Gym & Spa

Absolute Fitness Gym & Spa is situated at Plot Number-1 on the second floor of Manish Metro Plaza. This is in Dwarka Sector 12, right above the Barcose Restaurant. Being above a restaurant means you can sometimes smell whatever they are cooking downstairs while you are on the treadmill. We have both the gym area and the spa section in the same space. It is a mix of people coming in for a workout and others just wanting to use the spa. Dwarka Sector 12 is a busy hub, so there is always activity at the plaza. The second floor can be reached by the stairs or the lift, though the lift is sometimes slow when the building is full. We have a variety of machines and some free weights. It isn't a brand new setup and some of the mats are a bit scuffed from use, but it works for the people living in the apartments nearby. We see a lot of office workers coming in late at night after their shifts are over. The spa side is kept separate from the weights. It is just a practical place for fitness in the 110078 area of Delhi. We don't do anything special, just provide the space and the equipment. Most people here are just trying to stay healthy. It gets loud sometimes when the music is on and the machines are running, but that is typical for any gym in this city.
