We've been at A-50 in Maya Puri Industrial Area Phase 1 for a while now. It’s a busy spot, always noisy with trucks moving in and out, but we’re used to it. Most mornings start with a quick check on the machines and a cup of tea from the stall down the road. It’s dusty work here, to be honest. We spend most of the day on the shop floor, making sure things are moving along. Sometimes the power cuts out for a bit, so we just sit outside and talk for a few minutes until it’s back. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. Just a lot of metal, tools, and people who know what they’re doing. We see the same faces every day in this part of Maya Puri. It’s a tough area but everyone is just trying to get their work done and go home to their families. The heat gets pretty bad in the summer, especially under the tin roofs, but we manage. We don’t have any big corporate meetings or slide shows. It’s just us figuring out how to make things work better than they did yesterday. If a machine breaks, we fix it ourselves. That’s just how it goes here. We’ve had some people working with us since the beginning, and they know where every bolt and screw is kept. It’s a lot of manual work and getting our hands dirty, but it keeps us busy.
