Sandeep Ice Cream

Our place is called Sandeep Ice Cream and you can find us in Mathiya village. We are right by the post office there. This is in the Lauriya area of West Champaran. If you are looking for us, we are quite close to the Central Bank in Lauriya too. We have been working out of this spot for a while now. It is just a small local setup we run ourselves. We don't have any big corporate backing or anything like that. It is just me and a couple of people from the family. Every morning we get things ready for the day. It gets really hot around here in Bihar so people always want something cold to eat. I guess that keeps us busy. We try to keep the machines in good shape because if they break, we have a big problem. The shop isn't anything fancy to look at. We just have our freezers and a small counter. We spend most of our time just making sure everything is cold and ready for when people walk in. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to deal with that too. It is just part of the job. People from the village stop by quite often. We know most of them by name. It is a quiet life for the most part. We aren't trying to change the world. We just want to keep the business going. That is about it for us.
