Ranjeet Kumarsingh

My name is Ranjeet Kumar Singh. I live and work out of Garahia village, which is part of the Madhuban area in East Champaran. My father is Shambhu Parsad Singh, and most people around here know my family. Living in a village like this means you know everyone by face and name. Things move a bit slower here compared to the big cities, and I think that suits me just fine. Our post office is right here in Garahia, so getting mail isn't too much of a hassle, though the roads can be a bit rough during the monsoon season. I spend a lot of my time handling the various bits and pieces of work that come my way. It’s mostly just me managing the day-to-day stuff. The Pin Code is 845426, in case anyone needs to send something our way. Bihar is home, and this specific patch of land in East Champaran is where I've spent most of my life. There isn't anything flashy about how I do things. I just wake up, get to work, and try to finish what I started. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a few hours, so we just sit outside and talk until it comes back. It's a simple life. I don't see the need for much more than a quiet place to work and good people nearby. In the evenings, I usually walk down to the main square to see what’s happening. There’s always someone there with a story to tell. It's a small place, but it keeps me busy enough.
