Nirma Ltd

This Nirma Ltd location is a bit different because we are out in Village Kanchhedvwa. It’s in the Harsidhi area of East Champaran. It’s definitely not a big city office. We work out of a simple building that fits in with the local village surroundings. Shri Ram Lochan Mahto is a big part of how things run here. We mostly deal with the local side of things for the company in this part of Bihar. It’s a lot of hands-on work. We don’t have fancy air conditioning or a glass front. It’s just a place where we can manage the distribution and talk to the people in the nearby areas. The pace of life here is a bit slower than in Ahmedabad, but the work is still just as important. We spend a lot of time on the ground, making sure the products are reaching the smaller villages and shops. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We don’t have time for corporate slogans. We just focus on the logistics of getting things moved from one place to another. Some days the roads are a bit rough or the power goes out, but we just deal with it as it comes. It’s a very honest way to work, being right there in the community. We know the people we serve, and they know us. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done every day.
