M Aryawarta Foundation

M Aryawarta Foundation is situated in Ward Number 13, over in Gobraura, which is part of West Champaran. It’s a quiet enough area, mostly residential. We operate from a small building that fits right in with the rest of the neighborhood. It’s not the kind of place with a big shiny logo. We just have a small board so people know they’ve found the right spot. Inside, it’s pretty basic. We’ve got our chairs, a couple of computers, and lots of folders. Working in West Champaran means we’re often dealing with local issues and people from around the ward. We don’t spend money on fancy furniture because that’s not what we’re about. We’d rather just get the work done. The lights flicker sometimes when the grid is struggling, but we just keep going. It’s a very hands-on environment. Most of the time, we’re just busy with the boring side of running a foundation—lots of typing and phone calls. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in the office at the same time, but we make it work. We know most of the people who live nearby in Ward 13, and they know us. It feels more like a community spot than a formal office. We just show up every morning, unlock the door, and start on whatever is next on the list. There are no big speeches here, just the sound of people working and the usual neighborhood noises.
