Our presence is spread out a bit, with work happening in places like West Bengal and Uttar Pradesh. We are an engineering firm, so our day-to-day usually involves very large projects like industrial plants or refineries. It is the kind of work that takes a lot of people and a lot of time to get right. We have engineers who spend half their lives on site, wearing hard hats and looking at huge blue prints. It is not an office-only kind of job. A lot of our time is spent dealing with logistics, making sure tons of steel and equipment get to the right spot in U.P. or Bengal without any issues. We have a lot of meetings, mostly about safety and technical drawings. It can be quite stressful when deadlines are tight, but we have got a team that is used to the pressure. We do not really go for the polished corporate look because most of our real work happens in the dirt and heat of a construction site. We focus on the math and the physics of the structures we are building. It is a lot of responsibility because these plants have to run safely for decades. We just keep our focus on the engineering basics and try to solve problems as they pop up on the field. It is a big operation, but at the end of the day, it is just people working together to build something useful.
