Jyoti Structures Limited

Out here in Sashan, near Baruipur, we have our setup for Jyoti Structures Limited. West Bengal can be quite a place to work, especially with the humidity during the summer months. Our office is tucked away in the 700 144 zip code area, and it serves as a main hub for the work we do in this part of the country. We aren't a big corporate shop with glass walls. It's more of a practical space where the engineers and the field crews meet up before heading out to the sites. We handle a lot of the structural work for the power grids around here. Usually, the morning starts with tea and a quick look at the day's plans. There is always something to fix or a new tower piece that needs checking. The roads around Baruipur can be narrow, so getting the heavy equipment moved takes a bit of patience and some careful driving. Most of the staff live nearby, so we’ve become a small part of the local community over the years. We don’t spend much time on fancy advertisements. Most people just know us by word of mouth or by seeing our trucks on the highway. We’ve been in West Bengal long enough to know how the local systems work. It is mostly just about keeping the projects moving and making sure the steel gets where it is supposed to go. Sometimes the work is slow, but usually, we are kept busy enough.
