Grow Ever Steel (India) Pvt. Ltd

We are situated out in the Falta Industrial Growth Centre, which is part of the 24 Parganas South district in West Bengal. Being in an industrial zone like Falta means there is always a lot of activity around us. You see trucks moving in and out all day, and there is that constant hum of machinery and work being done nearby. Our office for Grow Ever Steel (India) Pvt. Ltd is right in the middle of it all. It is a bit of a journey to get out here from the main city, but this is where the real work happens. The air is different here, and the pace is dictated by the factory shifts and the loading schedules. We don't have much in the way of decoration in the office. It’s mostly just functional furniture and a lot of filing cabinets. We focus on the steel side of things, so the environment is very practical. It can get quite hot in the summer months, but we just keep the fans going and keep working. People around here are mostly workers and staff from other nearby plants, so it’s a very grounded atmosphere. We don’t really go in for big corporate presentations or anything like that. We just manage the operations and make sure the day-to-day tasks are handled properly. It’s a busy life in Falta, but we are used to it by now and it suits our style.
