We are located up in the Kangra district, in a village called Darkati near Jawali. It’s a beautiful part of Himachal Pradesh, though the roads can be a bit tricky depending on the season. Our work involves aluminum and alloys, and we operate from this local spot which has been our base for quite a while. Being in a village means things move at a slightly different pace compared to the big cities, which we don't mind at all. We spend a lot of our time managing the materials and keeping track of what’s coming in and out of the shop. Shri R.S. Blowria’s place is well-known around here, so most people don't have trouble finding us once they get to Darkati. We deal with various metal parts and alloys every day, making sure the inventory is correct. It's dusty work sometimes, but it’s what we do. Our phone is usually ringing with calls from people asking about supplies or deliveries. We just try to keep things simple and honest. Living and working in the mountains means you have to be ready for anything, but we’ve got our routine down. It’s a small operation, mostly just family and local hands helping out. We don’t really go in for anything fancy; we just focus on the aluminum and making sure the day's work is finished before the sun goes down over the hills and the temperature starts to drop.
