We are based out of Anargha House in Madakkimala, which is near Kalpetta. The name on the gate is Yes Yes Contractors Private Limited. It’s a bit of a name, but people remember it. Our address is Mp 01/1. It’s a quiet area mostly, which is nice when we come back from a loud construction site. We handle all sorts of contracting jobs around Wayanad. Being in Kalpetta means we see a lot of greenery every day. The office is basically just a few rooms where we keep the maps and the tools that aren't currently being used. We don't have a receptionist or a coffee machine for guests. If you come by, you'll probably find one of us looking over a blueprint at the table. It’s a family-style operation. We’ve lived and worked here for a long time. The hills around Madakkimala make for some interesting work sites. We have to be careful with the terrain. We don't talk much about our philosophy. We just take the work that comes our way and try to finish it properly. It's a simple life. Sometimes we have a lot of workers around and other times it's just the core group. The monsoon season usually slows things down for a bit, but that's when we catch up on all the maintenance. We've got our routine down now. Anargha House has been our base for quite some time, and it suits the way we do things. We know most of the people at the local shops.
