Winter World Developers Private Limited

You can find Winter World Developers Private Limited up on the second floor of the Krishna Kripa Building. We are located right near the Civil Station in Kalpetta, Wayanad. It is a beautiful part of Kerala to live and work in. We spend our days developing different properties and projects around the area. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below, which is nice. Our office is a busy place. There are always people coming in with plans or asking about new sites. We try to keep things organized but with so many different projects going on, there is usually a stack of papers on every desk. We are just regular people who started this business because we saw a need for more housing and commercial spaces in Kalpetta. It is not always smooth sailing. Getting all the right approvals can take a long time and sometimes the rain in Wayanad slows down the actual building work for weeks. We just take it as it comes. We aren't a big corporate chain. We are just a local team trying to do right by our neighbors. If you are near the Civil Station, you can just walk up the stairs and find us. We are usually there from morning until late evening, just trying to keep everything moving forward for the projects we have.
