VELIYIL CONSTRUCTION LLP

Veliyil Construction is based up in Wayanad, in the Muttil area. Our office is in Building No. 426/F-5. If you have been to Wayanad, you know it is all about the hills and the greenery. Muttil is a nice part of the district, and it is where we do most of our administrative work. The office is pretty simple, just a room with some sturdy tables and a few computers. We have some shelves for our files and a place to hang our raincoats because it rains a lot here. It is not a flashy place at all. Most of the time, the team is out at different construction sites in Vythiri or other parts of the hills. We are an LLP, which means we are just a few partners working together. We don't have a big hierarchy or corporate rules. We just focus on getting the building work finished properly. The air is fresh up here, but the roads can be a bit of a challenge with all the curves. We have been working in this area for a while, so we are used to the local conditions. Sometimes we have clients come by to look at plans, and we usually just sit around the main table with some tea. It is a very relaxed atmosphere. We are just local builders who know this terrain well and work out of a small building in Muttil.
