Tstar Developing Community Llp is located at 390/C Nellamkandi Road. We are in the Elettil Vattoly area which is part of Kizha Kkoth. It is a quiet part of the world and our office fits right in with the surrounding neighborhood. We do not have a big fancy building just a small space where we can sit down and work on our community development plans. Most of the people who work here are from the local area so we know everyone who walks past the door. We spend a lot of time talking about how to improve things and looking over different land documents. The office is pretty simple with just the basic necessities like a few desks and some chairs. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background while we go through our daily tasks. It is not a high-pressure environment but we do stay busy with various things throughout the week. Sometimes we have to go out and meet people at their homes or at a site but there is usually someone around the office. We do not use any big corporate language or have complicated systems. We just handle things as they come up and try to be helpful to anyone who comes in. It is a small operation and we like keeping it that way because it allows us to stay close to what is happening locally. That is enough for us.
