You can find SSCreative Constructions right in Malappattam Centre. Our office is at MGP XIII 69C. We’ve been part of this community for a while, and we do most of our work within a short drive of the center. We aren't a big firm with lots of offices. It’s just a small group of us trying to make a living by building things right. Malappattam is our home, so we care about how the structures around here are built. We handle various types of construction work, from small walls to entire houses. We don't use any complicated jargon or try to impress people with big presentations. We just sit down with a notebook and figure out what needs to be done. Most days we are out on-site getting our hands dirty alongside the workers. It’s the best way to make sure things are going the way they should. Sometimes the supply of sand or gravel gets tight, and we have to scramble to find what we need. It's a tough business, but we enjoy the challenge of starting with nothing and ending with a finished building. We've stayed at MGP XIII 69C because it’s convenient for everyone to reach us. No big signs or billboards for us, just the work we do. If you need something built, we’re usually around the centre or at a nearby site. We like to keep things moving along.
